Creator Program Terms

1. About these terms

These terms apply to the Daily Ritual Creators Club (the "Program"), run by Wellness Era LLC ("Wellness Era," "we," "us"), the company behind Daily Ritual. They cover affiliates who earn commission through a personal link or code and creators who make content (UGC) for us — together, "Creators" or "you."

By applying to or taking part in the Program, you agree to these terms. If a separate written agreement with you says something different, that agreement wins on the points it covers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old. You must be able to enter into a binding agreement and be responsible for your own accounts and content.

We review every application and may approve or decline any application at our discretion. We may ask you to verify your identity, age or location.

3. Commissions and payouts

You earn 10% commission on what the customer paid (after discounts, not including shipping and taxes) on every eligible order placed with your personal link or code.

Commission is held for 30 days after the order, to allow for returns. Orders refunded or cancelled in that time earn no commission.

We pay commissions once a month by PayPal, for orders that cleared the 30-day hold.

Commission is earned only on genuine orders placed by customers through your personal link or code. Our tracking records are final on whether an order is credited to you.

No self-referrals: you may not earn commission on your own orders, or on orders placed by you through other people, accounts or devices. Coupon-site listings, paid search on our brand name, spam, cookie stuffing or any other manipulation of tracking are not allowed.

If an order is cancelled, refunded, returned or charged back, the related commission is reversed, including after it has been paid (we may deduct it from future payouts).

You are responsible for your own taxes. We may require tax information (for example, a Form W-9) before paying you.

4. Your follower code

Your discount code is for your audience. Don't post it on coupon or deal sites, use it to buy for resale, or share it in ways that break these terms. We may change or deactivate codes at any time.

5. Disclosure — required

Every post, story, video, livestream or other content that mentions Daily Ritual or Wellness Era must clearly disclose your relationship with us, as the US Federal Trade Commission (FTC) requires — whether you are paid, earn commission, or received free product.

Use the platform's built-in paid-partnership label where there is one, and/or a clear disclosure such as "#ad" or "Paid partnership with Daily Ritual" at the start of the caption and, for video, said out loud. Disclosures must be easy to see without clicking "more" — not hidden among other hashtags or only in a bio.

Share only your honest opinions and real experience. Never pose as an unaffiliated customer, and don't post reviews of our products on any review platform or on our site while you are in the Program.

6. Product claims — no health or medical claims

Daily Ritual products are dietary supplements and wellness products. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

You may only describe our products using the wording on our product pages or in materials we approve. Do not claim or imply that any product treats, cures, prevents or mitigates any disease or condition, causes weight loss, or replaces medication or medical care. Do not make claims about results you have not experienced, or give medical advice.

If you are a licensed health professional, your content about us must still follow these rules and must not be presented as medical advice.

7. Content & Usage Rights

Content requirement. Creating content is a core part of the Program. You agree to create and send us at least one original short video featuring Daily Ritual (15–60 seconds, vertical 9:16) within 14 days of joining the Program or, if we send you product, within 14 days of receiving it. We may ask for edits before we approve a video, and you agree to make reasonable edits promptly. If no content is delivered in that time, we may remove you from the Program.

Ownership. You keep ownership of the content you create.

License. You grant Wellness Era LLC a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, edit, crop, caption, reproduce and publish the content you submit to us — including your name, handle, image, likeness and voice as they appear in it — as set out below. We will credit you where the format allows.

Organic use. On our website, our social media channels and in our email, the license is perpetual and irrevocable, and continues after you leave the Program.

Paid advertising. We may use a video in paid advertising from our own accounts for 12 months from the date you deliver that video. The term can be renewed if you and we both agree. Ads already running when the 12 months end may finish their current flight.

Ads from your account. Running ads from your own account or handle (for example Spark Ads, partnership ads or whitelisting) needs your separate written permission each time.

No exclusivity. The license is non-exclusive. You are free to use your content yourself and to work with other brands.

Your promises. You confirm that your content is original; that you have every permission needed to grant this license, including for any music used and from any other person who appears in the video; that it doesn't infringe anyone's rights; and that it follows the FTC disclosure rules in section 5 and uses only the approved product claims in section 6.

Compensation. Your compensation for content is the commission and the personal discount code described in the Program. There is no separate fee for content unless we agree to one with you in writing.

Survival. Rights granted for content you have already delivered survive the end of your participation, for the periods stated above.

Agreement. Joining the Program means you agree to these terms, including this section.

8. Brand safety and conduct

Keep content and conduct lawful and respectful. No hate speech, harassment, violence, sexually explicit content, illegal drug use, or content aimed at people under 18 in connection with our brand. Don't use our name, logos or product images in a way that suggests you are Wellness Era or speak for us.

Don't buy followers or engagement, and follow the rules of each platform you use. We may ask you to edit or remove content that doesn't meet these terms, and you agree to do so promptly.

9. Free product

Products we send you are for your personal use and for creating content. They may not be resold. The content requirement in section 7 applies when we send you product; sending product does not by itself create any payment obligation from us beyond what these terms or your dashboard say.

10. Independent contractor

You take part as an independent contractor, not as an employee, agent, partner or joint venturer of Wellness Era. You are responsible for your own expenses, taxes, insurance and how you create your content, and you can't bind us to any agreement.

11. Ending participation

You may leave the Program at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or end your participation at any time, with or without cause, including immediately for a breach of these terms.

When participation ends, your link and code stop working. Commissions properly earned on eligible orders before that date remain payable under section 3, unless participation ended because of fraud or a breach of these terms, in which case unpaid commissions are forfeited.

12. Liability

The Program is provided "as is." We don't guarantee any level of earnings or that tracking will be uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you under these terms is limited to the commissions you earned in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

You agree to cover Wellness Era for claims, losses and costs arising from your content, your breach of these terms, or your violation of law or of anyone's rights.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with a new "last updated" date and, for material changes, notify active Creators by email. Continuing in the Program after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.

16. General

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These terms, together with your creator dashboard, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Program; no other promises apply. You may not transfer your participation or these terms to anyone else without our written consent; we may transfer them to a successor business. If we don’t enforce a term right away, that is not a waiver of it. Notices to us go to [email protected], and notices to you go to the email you registered with.
