How people use it

Make it your 1 PM drink at your desk. The strawberry taste makes the fiber part feel like anything but a chore.
Keep a few sachets in your bag for lunch on the go. Thirty seconds in a water bottle and you're done.
Give it a few days to get used to the psyllium texture. The pretty pink color helps.

My 1PM drink at my desk. The cranberry taste is really nice, and it’s the only fiber drink I’ve tried that doesn’t feel like a chore.

Took a few days to get used to the texture from the psyllium, but now I genuinely look forward to it. Pretty pink color too.
